Worldwide Delivery is by Airmail with the South African Postal Service and takes 5- 10 working days after despatch. Charges are dependent on destination and are calculated according to the weight of the items you order. Charges may be viewed at checkout. Customs in your country of delivery may impose delayed delivery or additional taxes payable on collection. Shipments are fully traceable, but uninsured.
When your order has been despatched we will send you an email confirmation that will include a tracking number. This will allow you to track the location and estimated arrival time of your order.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of the original shipping charges and return shipping unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
